Stakeholder Group Minutes

A Stakeholder Group has been established to assist the three authorities with the project. Having a regular dialogue with stakeholders helps build lasting relationships, opens a forum for constructive debate, and challenges us to do better.

The remit of the group will evolve but initially will be to:
• Strengthen communication links - by word of mouth, business, community or social networks, social media and other means.
• Act as a "sounding board" for pertinent issues relating to the facility.
• Ensure "fact checking" at an early stage for public information.
• Make proposals and recommendations to the Project Board for consideration.
• Other activities deemed appropriate by the group.
